The Journey That Birthed the Difference

From early creativity to building campaigns that sell — this is how it all started.

Creativity Was My Starting Line

From the start, I’ve lived and breathed creativity. At just four years old, I was in front of the camera — appearing in national ad campaigns for Hanes, Grady White Boats, Farmers’ Dairy, Sealtest Milk, Sakrete Concrete, and even the classic TV show Hee Haw. By thirteen, I was already writing ad copy and learning what makes people buy — long before I ever called it “marketing.” That early spark turned into a lifelong obsession with what gets attention and what drives action.

The Beginning

1980s–1990s

From Radio to Television

In the mid-’80s, I hosted a radio show on health and fitness that grew into a regional cable TV series — and eventually became a FOX Television entertainment program in the early ’90s. I moved from in front of the camera to behind it, becoming Executive Producer, leading production teams, and learning how stories drive connection — and sales. That’s when I realized: I didn’t just want to create content. I wanted to build campaigns that work.

The Fixer Era

In the mid-’90s, I launched Details Integrated Marketing, focusing on brands that had lost their way. Fixing broken marketing became my thing — and soon, I was working with Honeywell HVAC, General Signal, Executone, WL Wellness, Schiff Bio-Foods, and Weider Health & Fitness. Over time, I helped more than 350 companies and shaped the growth of over 8,000 consumer products. Those years taught me how to turn chaos into clarity — and strategy into sales.

1990s

2000s

Building Tech That Protects

In 1994, I founded InteloQuence in Chicago — my first leap into tech. We produced and delivered hundreds of campaigns, large and small, but I saw where the next innovation was and jumped on it. Public Safety Apps for mobile. By 2008, I launched iThinQware and built iWatch, a criminal intelligence platform that caught the attention of the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and law enforcement agencies nationwide. We grew to over $13 million in annual sales before I successfully exited in 2016. It was proof that when you combine marketing, data, and systems — you can move entire industries.

Every chapter led me here — Appture Digital Media. A company built not on hype, but on hard-won experience. Over the years, I’ve directed creative strategy, branding, video production, and campaign systems that have influenced over $1 billion in sales revenue. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what keeps clients coming back: results. I'm fortunate to have surrounded myself with a great team of incredibly talented artists, developers, managers and friends. Some have been with me for over 20+ years in this journey. But you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way.
